Membership benefits include:

• Free access to the unique Connect International events (such as Dutch Customs, Culture & Communication courses, Dutch Conversation Fun language training etc.)
• Unlimited access to all Connect International events and activities (either for free or with big discounts). Please view the events using the Connect Calendar and sign up by clicking individual events.
• Quick and friendly answers to your questions via e-mail, phone or in person
• Access to Connect's Personal Advice service for a reduced price
• Email notification of upcoming events and activities, Weekly Tips and special announcements (for example, vacancies for internationals in the Northern Netherlands)
• Easy online registration for events

Connect International is a non-profit organization that is committed to helping internationals and making them feel at home in the Northern Netherlands. If you have used our services and they made your life easier, you could thank us by becoming a member, so we can continue helping people!  

There are two types of membership:

• General:  € 25 / year per person
• Bachelor's or Master's students:  € 15 / year per person

If you are not a member yet, you are welcome to attend one event. If you would like to attend other events, a Connect International Membership is required.

Connect memberships are personal and not transferable to other people.

How to become a member of Connect International?

1. Register online. Complete the registration form.
2. Pay the membership fee using the iDeal online payment system (must have a Dutch bank account!)
3. Your membership is now approved and you will be able to access the Members Only features by logging in using your Username and Password. 

Code of Conduct for members 

Connect’s members, volunteers and staff come from a wide range of national, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. As an organisation, we embrace and value diversity, intercultural sensitivity and inclusion. Members are expected to be respectful toward one another. Hate speech, harassment, political incorrect hand gestures and discrimination of any kind (sexual, religious, national, ableism) will not be tolerated.
