Have you ever been interested to use your love for stories to connect with others? Live storytelling happens in the here and now. It is the gift offered by the storyteller to the listeners who gift their attention. It can however feel very daunting to take that first step of standing up in front of a group of people to share those stories.

In this series of five meetings, you can explore the world of stories and storytelling and build the confidence to tell stories to people directly.  The course is designed to take you on a learning and confidence-building journey to nudge you towards finding out who you are as a storyteller and what it is you would like to share.

The five meet-ups will focus on specific themes. We will look at what makes a story universal, what role the storyteller has and how everybody brings something unique to the table. On a practical level we will practice telling short stories and using some improv techniques to play with the multiple ways of telling stories. The final step of this particular journey will help the individual explore how this journey connects to themselves and should you find the experience of telling stories as addictive and enthralling as I do, we can explore how we move forward from that point.

So I invite to answer this Call to Adventure and enroll here.

Note: The meetups in this journey build up on the content of the previous meeting so it will be difficult to stream in at different points.

Current Covid-19 rules applied.
